Even though air conditioners have become less expensive and their life expectancies have shortened it still can pay to fix a broken air conditioning unit.
After our technicians diagnose your machine, we will call you with our recommendation to fix or replace the unit. No air conditioner repair work will be done until you authorize it.
In most cases we return your repaired unit within 2-3 business days.

Many buildings with through wall air conditioners have experienced significant water intrusion problems due to deteriorated air conditioner sleeves. Addressing this issue can be very costly if all the old sleeves have to be removed and replaced.

Installation of Wall Mounting Air Conditioner Brackets
New York City Local 11 (Local Law 11/98) requires that all window air conditioners installed in multi-dwelling buildings (6 stories and taller) be secured with wall mounting brackets.
Mike's has worked with many building managers to get their residents into compliance with Local Law 11 at an affordable price.
We help create an awareness campaign in the building and then offer reduced pricing to all residents who wish to use Mike's for air conditioner bracket installation.
